Registered Nurse (RN) - Gastric Motility Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans to promote short and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, deliver safe care according to policies, and maintain documentation of assessments, condition changes, and education provided. Listen to patient and family concerns, serve as an educational resource on health issues, and prioritize actions based on patient needs. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and support shared governance through council service. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and foster the development of other nurses through mentorship. Work full-time days Monday through Friday with no weekends or call at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center.
