Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity at Cypress Grove Rehab Center. Full-Time on Day Shift and Night Shift available. Provide nursing care to residents, develop meaningful relationships, promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents, and collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated resident care. Roles include conducting thorough assessments, documenting changes in resident conditions, and upholding C.A.R.E. values in interactions with residents, families, and staff.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
