Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to plan and provide direct care to residents as assigned. Plan, direct, and carry out shift routines in the assigned unit while observing and evaluating personnel activities. Provide leadership and direction within the unit, manage resident care functions, and handle charting, documentation, and assessment. Participate in facility committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary processes. Perform other duties as assigned. Work three days per week (Thursday, Saturday, Sunday) from 6am to 6pm.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure in the state of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR Certification.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care preferred.
