Registered Nurse (RN) Full Time

Provide case management, coordination, supervision, and implementation of professional and supportive services to clients using nursing theory and process in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. Review client referral information and respond to requests and inquiries as appropriate. Perform client assessments based on agency standards of practice to ensure effective and appropriate home care services. Direct, plan, and initiate appropriate action independently and responsively in-home care situations. Perform job duties in accordance with agency policies, procedures, and professional and community standards. Perform other job duties as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services. This role offers a full-time Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts, occasional weekends, and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
