Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to plan and provide direct care to residents as assigned, while observing, directing, and evaluating personnel activities in the assigned unit. Plan, direct, and carry out shift routines, assuming "Building Charge" responsibilities as directed by the DON or Designee. Provide leadership within the unit, manage resident care functions, and handle charting, documentation, and assessment duties. Participate in facility committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary processes. Work three days per week (Thursday, Saturday, Sunday) from 6am to 6pm.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure in the state of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR Certification.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care preferred.
