Registered Nurse (RN) Full-Time

Utilize the nursing process to plan and provide direct care to residents as assigned while planning, directing, and carrying out shift routines in the assigned unit. Observe, direct, and evaluate the activities of personnel as the person in charge according to the Nurse Practice Act, assuming Building Charge responsibilities as directed by the DON or Designee. Provide leadership and direction in the assigned unit, manage resident care functions, and handle charting, documentation, and assessment duties. Participate in and attend various committees and meetings of the facility to enhance the interdisciplinary process.
