Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to plan and provide direct care to residents as assigned while leading shift routines in the assigned unit. Observe, direct, and evaluate personnel activities as the person in charge, assuming Building Charge responsibilities as directed. Provide leadership within the unit, manage resident care functions, and handle charting, documentation, and assessment duties. Participate in facility committees and meetings to enhance interdisciplinary processes. Work three days per week (Thursday, Saturday, Sunday) from 6am to 6pm. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure in the state of Colorado as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR Certification

- Experience in long-term care preferred
