Job Summary
Monitor ongoing medical needs of residents in group home settings, performing nursing assessments and developing clinical care plans. Implement documentation for all patient interactions and oversee delegation of medication administration and training regarding specific medication needs. Maintain on-call capabilities primarily for triaging by phone after hours. Requires Texas RN license with IDD nursing experience preferred. Full-time daytime hours with FT benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, vacation, paid holidays, and 401k.
