Job Summary
RN responsible for a group of residents/patients per shift, performing assessments, implementing and evaluating the plan of care, and ensuring safety. Follows standards of care, supervises nursing assistants, adheres to state Nurse Practice Act and JCAHO standards, and collaborates with staff to deliver person-centered elder care. Weekend shifts available with weekend scheduling specifics; CPR and active RN license required; strong teamwork, communication, and computer skills needed. Location: Manitowoc, WI. Shift offerings include Full-Time/Part-Time/Casual all shifts; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off, and on-demand pay.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- English language proficiency (read, write, speak)
- Ability to read/write and understand English
- Demonstrated basic computer knowledge and ability to learn company applications
- Experience in skilled nursing/elder care preferred; new graduates welcome with training and support provided
