Job Summary
RN with active license providing nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care; supervise nursing assistants; ensure resident safety and adherence to standards; follow State Nurse Practice Act and JCAHO standards. 12-hour shifts with shift differentials for NOC. CPR certification required; new graduates welcome with training and support. Requires ability to use equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart), calculate drug dosages, and communicate effectively in English. Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- CPR certification
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Nursing care experience or training program acceptable for new graduates
