Job Summary
RN responsible for providing nursing care to residents on a shift under supervision of Unit Manager/ADON/DON. Tasks include assessment, implementing and evaluating the plan of care, ensuring resident safety, supervising nursing assistants, adhering to standards of care and state Nurse Practice Act, and following JCAHO standards. Requires an active license, CPR, ability to calculate dosages, and strong communication with residents, families, and staff. New graduates welcome with training. Shift options include Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual with differential for PM/NOC; location is Port Washington, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Active nursing license
- CPR certification
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to calculate drug dosage
- New graduates welcome with training and support provided
- Experience in skilled nursing preferred
- Proficient with basic computer skills and company applications
