Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Lancaster, WI. Responsible for a shift of resident care under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, including assessment, implementation and evaluation of the plan of care, ensuring resident/patient safety, supervising nursing assistants, and adhering to standards and policies. Must have an active RN license and CPR certification; ability to calculate drug dosages and operate required supplies and equipment; strong communication skills and teamwork. New graduates welcome with training and support provided. Evening shift available and wages up to $49.25/hour based on shift and experience; comprehensive benefits offered for full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- CPR certification
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to calculate drug dosages
- Experience in nursing care and elder care preferred but training provided for new graduates
