Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – full-time nights on a dedicated night shift team. Responsibilities include admissions, discharge and transfers of residents; medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; medication administration; adherence to infection control, emergency, and center policies; collaborating with the resident’s interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes; and identifying/reporting abnormal changes in residents’ condition in accordance with center policy.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the State
- CPR Certification required
- One Year prior nursing experience preferred
