Job Summary
Registered Nurse – full-time Nights at Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital Inverness (Englewood, CO). Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation). Develops nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff; communicates changes in patients’ clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers; participates in discharge planning. Night differential and weekend differential apply. Requires current RN licensure in state and BLS certification. Inpatient rehabilitation experience is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, time-management, prioritization, analytical and critical-thinking skills; detail-oriented with ability to meet strict timeframes. Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross
