Receive admissions and/or transfers, perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments, and ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately. Interpret assessment and diagnostic data including labs and telemetry, provide timely and accurate documentation using EPIC, and instruct and counsel patients and families. Full-time night shift position with a sign-on bonus of $15,000.
