Job Summary
RN to join the healthcare team in Olmsted Falls, OH (two listed locations). Primary duties include assessing residents’ health, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining accurate EMR records. Requires an active RN license and CPR certification; emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, effective communication with residents and families, and adherence to nursing standards. Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted RN license issued by the state nursing board
- Valid CPR certification
- Proven RN experience in various clinical settings
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Proficiency in EMR systems (a plus)
