Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) at Hydration Room is a full-time clinic role covering Campbell, Mountain View, Almaden, and Los Gatos locations with occasional Mobile IV shifts. Responsibilities include administering IV and injection therapies, patient education, maintaining detailed health records, promoting membership programs and treatment plans, adjusting care based on patient responses, inventory support, ensuring clinic inspections and a safe environment, supervising Wellness Coordinator staff, training new staff, and delivering high-quality patient service. Requires current BLS, RN license with no sanctions, and a BSN or nursing diploma; two years of related experience preferred. Schedule involves 4-5 shifts weekly (8 hours each) with 3 weekend shifts per month; benefits include PTO, health insurance, 401(k) options, paid time off, and career development opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Current BLS certification required
- BSN or diploma in nursing
- Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
- Two years of related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
- Proficient in-inpatient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care
