Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) role administering IV and injection therapies, providing patient education, and supporting overall wellness through guidance on nutrition, exercise, and preventive health measures. Core responsibilities include maintaining accurate health records, promoting memberships and treatment plans, adjusting patient treatment plans as indicated, overseeing nursing supplies and inventory with the District Manager, ensuring clinic inspections and compliance, maintaining a safe and clean environment, supervising Wellness Coordinator staff, training new staff, and delivering Five Star Customer Service in a clinic setting. Also responsible for documentation of patient care services, and contributing to overall patient satisfaction and care quality.
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS certification
- BSN or diploma in nursing
- Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
- Two years of related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
- Proficient in patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
