Job Summary

Administer IV and injection therapies, provide patient education on nutrition and exercise, and modify treatment plans based on patient responses. Maintain accurate health records, oversee Wellness Coordinator staff, and train new team members while promoting membership programs. Ensure clinic compliance with inspections and manage nursing supplies inventory by checking stock levels and expediting orders. Deliver five-star customer service and uphold company operational guidelines in a serene environment. Full-time role with 4-5 shifts weekly, including weekend coverage, plus competitive tips and a monthly pay guarantee for the first six months.

Required Qualifications

  • Current BLS certification
  • BSN or diploma in nursing
  • Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • Must be able to traverse the entire facility
  • Must be available for scheduling during both morning/afternoon and afternoon/evening shifts within the hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Must be able to submit 4 days of unavailability per month
  • Must be available for 3 weekend shifts per month
  • Must work 4-5 shifts per week (8 hours per shift)
  • Must be able to work full-time
  • Must be able to maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records
  • Must be able to promote membership programs, packages and treatment plans to patients
  • Must be able to modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions
  • Must be able to work with the District Manager to maintain nursing supplies inventory
  • Must be able to keep the clinic in compliance with Hydration Room inspections
  • Must be able to maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for customers
  • Must be able to oversee Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics
  • Must be able to maintain documentation of patient care services
  • Must be able to train new staff
  • Must be able to deliver Five Star Customer Service
  • Must be able to uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Operational Guidelines
  • Must be able to perform other related duties as required and assigned by management staff

Desired Qualifications

  • Two years of related experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
  • Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
  • Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care
