Job Summary
Administer IV and injection therapies, provide patient education, and support overall wellness through guidance on nutrition, exercise, and preventive health measures. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records; promote membership programs, packages and treatment plans to patients; modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions; oversee nursing supplies inventory and ensure stock; keep the clinic compliant with inspections; maintain a safe, clean environment; oversee Wellness Coordinator staff; train new staff; deliver Five Star customer service to ensure a positive patient experience; uphold Hydration Room core values and standards; perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS certification required
- BSN or diploma in nursing
- Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
- Two years of related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
- Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care
