Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) role at Hydration Room delivering IV and injection therapies, patient education, wellness guidance on nutrition/exercise/preventive health; maintain detailed health records; promote membership programs and treatment plans; adjust patient treatment plans based on responses; manage nursing supplies inventory and ensure compliance with inspections; supervise Wellness Coordinator staff, train new personnel, and deliver Five Star customer service in a clinical setting across multiple CA locations (Encinitas, San Diego area, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Solana Beach, San Marcos, Hillcrest); requires current BLS, RN license, BSN or nursing diploma, and at least 2 years of related experience; strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills are essential; ability to work 8-hour shifts across mornings/evenings with weekend requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS certification
- BSN or diploma in nursing
- Valid RN License with no sanctions, past or present
- Two years of related experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures
- Proficient in-patient charting systems, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of great customer service, general sales, and patient care
