Job Summary
Provide high-quality nursing care to seniors in a 12-hour Day shift setting for a Friday–Sunday schedule. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitor vital signs, observe for adverse reactions, and document in medical records. Supervise Med Aides delivering medications and assist in teaching seniors and caregivers necessary skills for returning to home. Collaborate to assess physical and psychosocial status, develop and update a comprehensive nursing plan of care, and ensure policy adherence. Requires RN or LPN license in good standing, CPR certification, vaccination compliance, and completion of required nursing coursework; typical pay range is $36-$40.32/hour with shift differentials where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- At least age 18
- Successful completion of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse course of study
- RN or LPN License in good standing as recorded on the Nebraska State Registry or other Nurse Compact state required
- CPR Required
- Vaccination requirements per Eventide policy
- 6 months experience as an RN or LPN, preferred
