Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time Days at Timber Pines. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., 80 hours per pay period. Pay range: $32.00–$38.00/hour non-exempt, based on experience, qualifications, and location. Responsibilities include managing clinical operations and care standards, delivering direct patient care, coordinating care needs with services, ensuring accurate clinical documentation, supervising staff, and supporting patients and families. Requires Minnesota RN license, CPR within 6 months, and relevant experience in long-term care, acute care, or rehabilitation. Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota
- CPR within 6 months of hire
- Clear and compassionate communication abilities
- Experience in long-term care, acute care, or rehabilitation is preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical best practices
- Proficient in English to ensure effective communication with resident, team members and family
- Ability to pass state mandated background check
- Physical capability to perform all essential job functions
