Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-time Days

Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit and perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments. Interpret assessment and diagnostic data including labs and telemetry, ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately, and maintain competence in Rapid Response and code events. Provide instruction and counsel to patients and families while performing other duties as assigned. Full-time days schedule with 12-hour shifts; pay ranges from $38.26 to $51.50 per hour with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. BLS required at hire with ACLS within six months.
