Job Summary
RN needed for full-time day shift (12-hour shifts, 6AM–6PM) at Parkdale Health and Rehab in Price, UT. Three days per week. Responsibilities include ordering medications, equipment and supplies; preparing and administering treatments/medications as ordered; notifying physician or family of changes; performing nursing procedures such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, dressings, packs, and irrigations as necessary; continuous observation of seriously ill residents; ensuring care plan adherence and patient advocacy; completing charting in a timely manner. Geriatric long-term care and rehabilitation focus. Requires RN license in good standing.
