Job Summary
Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation). Develops nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff; communicates changes in patient condition with physicians and nursing leadership; participates in discharge planning. Requires active RN licensure and BLS certification from AHA/ARC (online cert not acceptable). Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred. Strong verbal/written communication, organizational, time management, and analytical skills; detail-oriented with the ability to meet strict time frames. Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable
