Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-time Days

Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit, perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments, and interpret diagnostic data including labs and telemetry. Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately, maintain competence in Rapid Response and code events, and instruct patients and families. Complete timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems while performing other duties as assigned. This full-time role in Grosse Pointe, MI involves three 12-hour shifts from 7am to 7:30pm with a starting pay of $38.64 per hour.
