Job Summary
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in daily life rhythms. Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments, initiating plans of care as needed. Supervise resident care while developing assignments in coordination with care partners, keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. This 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM full-time role includes a rotating schedule with weekend and on-call requirements. Pay ranges from $42.50 to $52.79 hourly based on experience. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care
