Job Summary
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors while performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments. Initiate plans of care as needed, actively supervising resident care and developing assignments in coordination with care partners. Maintain accountability for resident care and satisfaction throughout the day. This full-time role incorporates the "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care" within a Best Nursing Home recognized for Long-Term Care and Short-Term Rehab excellence. Weekend and on-call rotation are required.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
- Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM, rotating schedule, weekend and on-call required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
