Job Summary
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors while performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments. Initiate plans of care as needed, coordinate assignments with care partners, and supervise resident care to maintain satisfaction. Incorporate the organization's Philosophy for Person-Directed Care into daily operations. This full-time day shift role (6:45 AM - 3:15 PM) includes rotating schedules, weekend work, and on-call requirements. Pay ranges from $42.50 to $52.79 hourly based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care
- Weekend and on-call required
