Job Summary
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors while participating in their daily life rhythm. Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments, initiate plans of care as needed, and supervise resident care. Develop assignments in coordination with care partners, keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction. This full-time, benefitted position operates from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM with a rotating schedule requiring weekends and on-call duty. Pay ranges from $42.50 to $52.79 hourly based on experience. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care
- Weekend and on-call required
