Job Summary
Provide patient care on the General Surgery Medical-Surgical inpatient unit using the nursing process while maintaining professional accountability. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Perform duties consistent with mission, values, and service standards. Requires current RN licensure in Missouri or compact licensure, with an accredited nursing degree. Previous hospital experience is preferred. Schedule includes full-time day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Nursing Diploma
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
- Compact licensure in accordance with state board of nursing regulations
