Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) to join Desert View Care Center in Buhl, ID for a full-time Day Shift (6 AM–2 PM) with a sign-on bonus. Lead and coordinate care for residents, administer medications and nursing interventions per care plans, monitor resident conditions, supervise LPNs/CNAs, collaborate with physicians and families, ensure accurate documentation, and mentor peers in a resident-centered care environment. Requires RN license in good standing (Idaho or compact state) and strong clinical decision-making with leadership capabilities; familiarity with long-term care regulations or willingness to learn; commitment to compassionate, quality nursing for seniors.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (Idaho or compact state)
- Ability to lead and coordinate care for assigned residents
- Experience administering medications and nursing interventions per care plans
- Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team
