Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-time Day Shift

Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit, perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments, and interpret diagnostic data including labs and telemetry. Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately while maintaining competence in Rapid Response and code events. Provide instruction and counsel to patients and families, and complete timely, accurate documentation using appropriate systems. Shift runs from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and pay up to $52.00 per hour. BLS is required at hire, with ACLS required within six months.
