Job Summary
Direct patient care for all age groups within Mercy Health System, with a structured Med/Surg career path transitioning to specialty units based on readiness and openings (e.g., Pediatrics/PICU, Med/Surg ICU, Trauma/Neuro ICU, CVICU, Emergency Department, Burn ICU). Structured onboarding and ongoing clinical development with mentorship. Up to $10,000 sign-on incentive for RNs; tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 annually; RN → BSN pathway up to $16,000; benefits start day one; shift differentials available (days, nights, weekends).
Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
- Active RN license in Missouri (or compact, if applicable)
