Job Summary
RN Charge Nurse duties on a full-time day shift (6a-6:30p) at Eventide Sheyenne Crossings: provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor residents’ health status, implement and update care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, document in the EMR, participate in staff orientation and training, coordinate with physicians and care staff, manage staffing for shifts, support families, and maintain ongoing professional development in a 12-hour shift pattern with weekend/holiday rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Active ND RN license or ability to obtain upon hire
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred but not required
- Must be accountable to manage electronic timecard on a daily basis
- Ability to provide nursing care per policies and standards
- Documentation in EMR per nursing policies
- Effective communication with residents, families, physicians
