Job Summary
Perform nursing assessments, administer medications per physician orders, and develop effective plans of care with the nursing team. Establish measurable patient goals to minimize rehospitalizations and delegate responsibilities to staff while supervising task implementation. Communicate patient information between shifts and collaborate with families to enhance resident well-being. Work 12-hour night or day shifts with weekend warrior bonuses available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing
- CPR Certification is required
