Job Summary
Long Term Care (LTC) Registered Nurse provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues, and coordinates care across assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed or unlicensed personnel; adheres to Nurse Practice Act and practice standards; supports resident education and various nursing interventions in a Christian, not-for-profit LTC setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in an NLC state
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred
