Job Summary
Provide individualized nursing care to dialysis patients using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate care, conduct patient assessments, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians to plan and evaluate dialysis care. Document patient history, symptoms, and medications while utilizing technology to enhance quality care and effectively delegate to unlicensed personnel. Assume overall nursing accountability for patient care within the full scope of nursing expertise and standards outlined in the Nurse Practice Act. Requires an unencumbered RN license, accredited nursing program graduation, and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Full-time and part-time day shifts available with a 12-hour schedule, working three days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). Sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- Possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
