Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time 7A-3P

Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care for patients/residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitative care while implementing their individualized plan of care. Deliver direct nursing care and supervise other nursing personnel under the guidelines of the Nurse Practice Act and facility policies. Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers as appropriate, maintain necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with patient rights and confidentiality standards. Maintain knowledge of equipment setup and maintenance, including monitors and infusion devices. Work rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as scheduled.
