Job Summary
RN (Registered Nurse) on Full-Time 3rd Shift at Three Oaks Health Services/North Shore Healthcare. Provide nursing care for residents, assess/implement/evaluate plans of care, maintain safety, supervise nursing assistants, follow State Nurse Practice Act and JCAHO standards, and collaborate with the care team. Requires an active RN license, CPR certification, English proficiency, computer basic skills, and ability to calculate drug dosages. Nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome with training and support. Up to $53/hour depending on experience; shift differential of $3 for nights. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and per-paycheck options.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Demonstrated basic computer knowledge
- Ability to calculate drug dosages
- Ability to relate positively with residents, families, staff
- New graduates welcome with training and support provided
- Skilled nursing experience preferred
