Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time 2nd Shift

Registered Nurse (RN) in a Skilled Nursing Facility provides direct nursing care under supervision, conducts assessments, implements and evaluates plans of care, and ensures resident safety while complying with standards of care, state Nurse Practice Act, and JCAHO guidelines. The role includes supervising nursing assistants and helpers, using required supplies and equipment, and collaborating with staff, residents, families, and community members. Must hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and demonstrate basic computer skills. New graduates are welcome with training and support; skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required.
