Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for a Skilled Nursing Facility on the 2nd shift focused on elder care. Responsibilities include patient assessment, implementing and evaluating the plan of care, ensuring resident safety, supervising nursing assistants, adhering to policies, and performing duties per the State Nurse Practice Act. Requires active RN license, CPR certification, ability to manage equipment and medications, dosage calculations, English proficiency, and basic computer skills. Required Qualifications
- Active nursing license
- CPR certification
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to calculate drug dosage
- Ability to use necessary supplies and equipment (feeding pumps, oxygen, treatment trays, medication cart, etc.)
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required; training provided for new graduates
- Demonstrated basic computer knowledge
