Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time 1st Shift

Registered Nurse (RN) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Lancaster, WI. Under supervision, the RN assumes responsibility for a group of residents/patients for a shift, assessing, implementing, and evaluating the plan of care while ensuring resident safety and supervising nursing assistants. Requires active RN license and CPR certification; must be able to calculate drug dosages, read/write/speak English, and use basic computer applications. New graduates welcome with training and support. Wages up to $49.25/hour based on shift and experience; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and others.
