Job Summary
Accurately assesses residents’ health status and educational/environmental needs, develops dynamic care plans through an interdisciplinary approach, documents assessments and interventions, administers medications and IVs, and communicates plans to IDT, residents, and families. Maintains SBARR communications with physicians, supports call-light responses and ADL assistance, uses QAPI processes for problem resolution, and stays current with nursing practices and Bethesda policies. May be assigned other duties as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Education from an accredited school of nursing that results in becoming a registered nurse
- Current RN license in the state you will be working
- CPR/AED certification required, or willing to obtain within six months of employment
