Registered Nurse (RN) - Full & Part-time

Administer care per physician orders, assist with daily living activities, and manage resident care plans while identifying changes and updating documentation. Provide daily clinical updates to the Director of Health Services and supervise Quality of Life Specialists to ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services are delivered. Coordinate interdisciplinary efforts to support a warm, resident-centered community environment. Full-time and part-time shifts available, including 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm rotations. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for part-time and $15,000 for full-time roles, plus an annual retention bonus. Located in Holland, this position welcomes RNs from throughout West Michigan to transition from acute care to relationship-based senior living.
