Job Summary
Deliver, direct, and supervise patient care to admitted units under the direction of nursing leadership. Plan, coordinate, and provide interdisciplinary care including discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and access to community resources. Perform assigned duties such as Charge Nurse responsibilities, requiring ACLS certification. This full-time night shift role is part of PAM Health's network of over 80 locations providing post-acute services. Candidates must hold current RN licensure and BLS certification, with ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates
- Current BLS certification
- AHA approved BLS certification
- AHA approved ACLS certification
- ACLS certification within 90 days of employment
Desired Qualifications
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
