Job Summary
Deliver, direct, and supervise patient care to admitted patients on the nursing unit while utilizing the nursing process. Plan, coordinate, and provide interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, and patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization. Access community resources as part of comprehensive care delivery under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer or House Supervisor. Requires current RN licensure in the state, BLS certification, and crisis management certification. One year of inpatient behavioral health nursing experience is preferred. Full-time night shift employment with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the hospital resides
- Current BLS certification
- Crisis management certification per hospital policy and standards
Desired Qualifications
- One year of inpatient behavioral health nursing experience
