Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse - Oncology (Acute Care) in Austell, GA for Night shift. Provides relationship-based, patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process, with emphasis on evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, timely documentation, and adherence to professional standards. Supports performance improvement, education (precepting/mentoring), and upholds organizational policies and safety goals. Requires active RN licensure (GA or multi-state compact) and BLS; nursing education aligned with Associate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree. Core duties include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care across the care continuum with culturally aware, family-inclusive care.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- RN license in Georgia or Compact (Multi-state)
- BLS - Basic Life Support (or equivalent)
- Less than 1 year direct patient care experience
