Registered Nurse (RN) FT Nights - Oncology (Acute Care)

Registered Nurse (RN) for Oncology, Acute Care, night shift at Wellstar Health System in Marietta, GA. The RN will be part of an interdisciplinary team delivering individualized, high-quality, safe patient care guided by evidence-based practice and Wellstar’s Professional Practice Model and governance structures. Responsibilities include performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation); providing relationship-based, patient-centered care; coordinating care with the patient and family; adhering to current clinical practice standards; documenting accurately; promoting teamwork and collaboration; contributing to performance improvement initiatives; and supporting education and mentorship of staff and students. Requires active RN license (GA or compact), BLS certification, and completion of required nursing education hours; preferred BSN with ongoing professional development.
